As part of our launch campaign, villas-in-cyprus are offering free advertising until the 5th January 2009. There is no limit to the amount of property that you can advertise, provided the advert is relevant to short and long-term holidaymakers. This offer is unconditional and you are free to remove your advert at any time.

If you are a letting agency, we can provide a short description and photo linked to each of the properties you have available to rent on your own website. Visitors to villas-in-cyprus will be able to search your properties by location, number of bedrooms, as well as other search criteria.

We can create an individual web page with photos and a description of your villa. If you would like us to do this follow the instructions below:

Send an email to admin@villas-in-cyprus.co.uk with a description of the villa, making sure to include any information that is relevant to potential holidaymakers. Use as many words as you like, but we would recommend keeping it relatively short keeping to relevant information. We recommend that you use the following headlines as a template, although we appreciate that not all villas are the same and would welcome any additional relevant info:

1. Name of resort.

2. Number of bedrooms.

3. Description and approximate sizes of bedrooms and communal rooms.

4. Facilities eg Pool / Satellite TV and DVD / air-conditioning /wood-burning stove etc.

5. Cost per week.

6. Distance from beach.

7. Distance from shops.

8. Local attractions.

9. Contact information.

Photos should be in JPG or GIF format and be smaller than 10mb when saved. Just attach them to your email. Include a maximum of 20 photos per villa and make sure the pictures are labelled so that they are placed in the correct part of the advert.

If you do not wish to use your personal email address with your advert, we can provide you with an @villas-in-cyprus.co.uk email address for any correspondence related to your property. Let us know if you'd like us to set this up for you.
